This free, donation-based gathering is a soft space carved out for Black women to pause, breathe, and return to themselves. Day of Rest for Black Women is a sacred pause in a world that often demands too much. It is a gathering for softness, for breath, for embodied restoration.
You are invited to enter a space of collective care where rest is not only welcomed, but celebrated.
