Relaxation and rest are birthright practices that look and feel different for each of us. Many of us are just trying to keep our head above water. Many of us are not feeling worthy of relaxation and rest. Many of us feel there is no time to stop, relax and rest. Many of us not exactly knowing what is and/or how to relax and rest.
This in-person only 60-minute gathering offers a collective care space to be seen, to be heard and to enter into your personal relationship with rest through restorative yoga practices culminating with a long deep relaxation practice. Props like blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters will be used throughout the practice.
