This experiential, hybrid four-week series introduces mindfulness meditation through the breath and senses. With the option to participate in-person or online, students will be introduced to principles of practice, begin developing their meditation practice, and be introduced to tools that can be applied to daily life. Through this series, one will learn tools for sitting with and working through thoughts, emotions, and sensations. 

This series will consist of the following:

  • Four (4) Live Sessions with Danielle that include discussion and practice - November 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th

  • Each live session is two (2) hours, Saturday, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (EST)

  • Weekly Virtual Office Hours & Online Community Practice, 7:00 - 7:45 PM (EST) - November 13th, 20th and 27th

  • Live sessions and office hours available for replay

  • Downloadable practices

  • Daily practice and contemplative inquiry suggestions

  • Community Support

Please note the in-person option is limited to four (4) individuals. The location is within the Buckeye/Shaker Heights area in the City of Cleveland. Registrants will receive exact location details before the start of the series.
