This bi-weekly, virtual 75-minute six-class series offers a collective care space to rest in being and to enter into your personal relationship with rest through rest rituals, yin and restorative yoga practices culminating with a long deep relaxation practice. These practices which can be done in the bed or on a floor mat support nighttime relaxation and rest. Props like blocks/books; straps/ties/belt; blankets, bolsters/pillows are used throughout the practice.
Gatherings will be held virtually via Zoom, 7:30 pm - 8:45 pm on the following Thursdays
April 20, May 4, May 18, June 1, June 15 (pre-recorded) and June 29th
All virtual gatherings will be recorded and accessible on Rooted Blossoms’ digital platform for the duration of the series. Registrants will have access to this platform during the duration of the series.
