GUIDED MEDITATIONS
Guided meditation practices below are designed to fit a variety of schedules.
Guided practices that are approximately 30 minutes or longer are broken into three (3) parts that includes a guided completion of the meditation.
Arrival & (In)Tune/Quick Coherence ® Technique - 5-6 minute guided practice
Affirmations & Prayers - 5-10 minute guided practice
Stillness & Emerge - 5-10 minute period in silence for connection and communion
At the end of each part, a bell will sound for those that desire a shorter practice of 5 or 10 minutes.
