The practice of community presence and being. This is a supportive, communal space for meditation. All are welcome. There is a brief, community {care} talk, and breath work at the beginning followed by quiet meditation. This 45-minute gathering is offered both in-person at the park and virtual via Zoom. For the month of June, in-person will be held at the Toby’s Terrace Area of Nord Family Greenway Park on Martin Luther King Drive between 105th and Chester. It is behind the Cleveland Museum of Art parking lot and directly across from the Chinese Cultural Garden. Look for the sunflowers.

Free curbside parking is available. There are park benches. Also, feel free to bring support in form of folding lawn chairs, meditation chairs and/or blankets.
